Sr Associate Tax Job Description
You will report to the Transfer Pricing Manager and collaborate closely with the team on Amgen's transfer pricing, tax provision, and compliance work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support transfer pricing and planning initiatives, including financial data gathering, analysis, and documentation.
* Maintain and draft intercompany agreements, and manage related SharePoint sites.
* Prepare transfer pricing models and supporting tax calculations for quarterly reviews, annual budgets, and year-end reporting.
* Support transfer pricing documentation under US and international local transfer pricing requirements.
* Assist with Irish corporation tax compliance and reporting, coordinating with tax service providers and in-house finance teams.
* Perform ad-hoc duties related to tax and transfer pricing as required.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* 2-5 years of experience in a Big Four firm or a corporate in-house tax department.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
* Experience with financial data analysis and a solid understanding of economic, financial, and accounting concepts.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to organize files, project plans, and data.
