HR Executive/Analyst North Cork
This is an excellent opportunity to join a North Cork business and be involved in all areas of HR, supported by the HR Manager. The successful candidate will be mostly autonomous in the role with full support from the HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* The onsite HR representative participates in all areas of HR, including collecting and compiling HR metrics and data from various sources, such as the time and attendance system, employee culture surveys, exit interviews, employment records, 1 to 1 coaching sessions, Training database (nVolve), and other systems in place.
* Analyses data and statistics for trends and patterns related to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
* Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to the HR manager.
* Makes recommendations for policies and activities to improve the organisational culture, including suggestions to attract and hire qualified candidates, motivate and retain employees, address staffing issues, and maintain legal compliance.
Recruitment/Onboarding/Retention/Review
Arranges and conducts inductions for all new hires, covering all aspects of the recruitment process from advertising to induction on site.
Data Management
Cleanses data to ensure up-to-date and meaningful information on systems, allowing for correct and accurate reporting and data.
Compliance
Conducts or assists with internal HR compliance audits.
HR Support
Serves as the point of contact for all HR queries, supported by the HR manager for more complex issues.
Required Skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication

* Excellent knowledge of MS Office and ability to create spreadsheets, graphs, and presentations
* Proficient with or able to quickly navigate the organisation's software platforms, e.g., TMS, nVolve

* A background and qualification in HR, Business Administration, or related field
