Job Description
We are seeking an experienced office administrator to join our team in Cork City. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working in a busy office environment and previous experience supporting various internal departments from an administration perspective.
This is a permanent part-time position with flexible working hours. The salary range is €30-35K pro rata, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the office, including greeting visitors, organising meetings and booking meeting rooms.
* Answer phone calls, manage emails and take messages in a professional manner.
* Organise post and deliveries, maintain the office environment and ensure it remains organised and on track.
* Assist with travel arrangements, stationery management and database maintenance.
* Support the HR department with administration duties, such as updating databases, reviewing CVs and scheduling interviews.
* Schedule and book training for staff members.
Requirements:
* A hard worker with excellent attention to detail.
* Previous office administration experience is essential.
* Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to multitask in a busy office environment.
* A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
* Flexibility with working hours would be preferable.
