Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations of the brasserie, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
* Lead, motivate, and train staff to maintain high service standards.
* Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any queries or concerns promptly.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management.
* Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
* Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service.
* Assist in scheduling and managing team shifts.
Requirements:
* Previous supervisory experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
