Apply today and chart a course for a meaningful career with us that knows no bounds.In this role, you will:Assist in managing all administrative and company secretarial tasks with oversight from senior colleagues.Assist in ensuring that the company secretarial records, including Minute Books, Action Logs and Statutory Registers are maintained.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, as directed by the Company Secretary, and as a point of contact for senior management and the board of directors, manage the flow of communication.Provide support to the Company Secretarial team in the delivery of timely and accurate company secretarial/corporate governance services.Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Company Secretarial team in supporting the Executive Committee, Audit Committee and Risk Committee.Liaise with paper authors to ensure papers are submitted on time and in an accurate format.Attend sub-committee meetings, assisting the Company Secretary in taking action points and minutes and ensuring same are circulated in good time.Ensure filing and archiving processes are up to date.Work collaboratively with other Company Secretarial teams to ensure resources are allocated to the highest priority activities.Required Qualifications:Previous corporate company secretarial or senior administrative experience within a banking environment.Computer literacy with preferable knowledge of the Diligent software.Highly organised with the skills to prioritise workload and deal with conflicting priorities.Excellent attention to detail and co-ordination skills.Strong networking and relationship management skills.Experience in Administrative Support or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.Posting End Date: 12 Dec 2024*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.We Value DiversityAt Wells Fargo, we believe in diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace; accordingly, we welcome applications for employment from all qualified candidates, regardless of race, color, gender, national origin, religion, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information, individuals with disabilities, pregnancy, marital status, status as a protected veteran or any other status protected by applicable law.Employees support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company.
