HSE Coordinator Support
Job Responsibilities:
1. Managing and updating regulatory documents such as Risk Assessments and Chemical Inventories.
2. Activity Planning: Assisting in planning and tracking HSE activities within the TrackWise system.
3. HSE Work Item Management: Monitoring and managing HSE tasks to ensure timely completion.
4. Regulatory Audit Support: Providing administrative support during regulatory audits.
5. Award Submission & Recognition: Coordinating award nominations and recognition programs.
6. Periodic Review Reports: Assisting with the preparation and distribution of periodic reviews for HSE SOPs and training programs.
7. Regulatory Filings: Preparing and submitting regulatory letters and compliance filings.
8. 3E Safety Data Sheet Management: Managing the 3E Safety Data Sheet system.
9. HSE Events Coordination: Assisting in planning and executing HSE-related events.
10. Emergency Response Communications: Administering emergency response communication efforts.
11. Contractor Management: Supporting contractor management processes to ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in an HSE administrative or compliance support role is an advantage.
2. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
3. Experience with TrackWise and 3E Safety Data Sheet Management System is a plus.
4. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
5. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
