The Role
* Develop comprehensive work plans for engagements, manage multiple work streams, and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
* Mentor and lead junior teams to achieve client objectives.
* Contribute to complex client issues by leveraging personal insight and experience.
* Analyze client needs and provide recommendations using a combination of industry knowledge, tools, and technology.
* Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, establish yourself as a subject matter expert within client organizations and among colleagues.
* Demonstrate strong data analysis skills and apply best practices to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Support the growth of the practice through internal networking and contributing to new business proposals and presentations.
To be a successful candidate, you will need
* A minimum of [X] years' experience in a consulting or in-house environment.
* Relevant third-level qualifications.
* Experience delivering strategies and solutions for transformational change, including digital or organizational transformations, technology implementation, operational excellence, organizational design, and operational model changes.
