Site Manager Location: Laois, Ireland Salary: €60,000 - €75,000 per annum + Van About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee modular construction projects in Laois, Ireland. The Site Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of site operations, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all aspects of the modular construction projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standard. Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, tradesmen, and site personnel to ensure smooth execution and efficient project delivery. Ensure that health, safety, and environmental regulations are adhered to across the site at all times. Manage the project schedule, ensuring that deadlines and key milestones are met. Control site costs and ensure the project remains within budget, reporting any potential variances to senior management. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being carried out to the required quality standards. Maintain up-to-date site records, including site diaries, daily reports, and safety documentation. Work closely with the project team and communicate regularly with key stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and identifying any issues or risks. Resolve any on-site issues or challenges promptly to ensure minimal disruption to the project timeline. Ensure compliance with building codes, planning regulations, and contractual obligations. Promote a positive and collaborative site culture, fostering teamwork and a strong commitment to safety and quality. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry, At least 3-5 years of experience in managing residential or commercial construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, site management, and quality control. Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and their application on-site.
