Applications are invited for a permanent post of a HR Operations and Systems Manager within UCD HR Services.
Reporting to the Director of HR Services, the Operations and Systems Manager is responsible for the management and operation of all aspects of the HR Information System (HRIS) and HR Operations. HR Operations includes three areas - the HR Helpdesk, Operations, and Advisory.
HR Services is an operational unit that is responsible for providing staffing, HR operations, and pensions related services to staff throughout the university. The unit is also responsible for the HR information system.
The post-holder must be able to work independently and at a strategic level, fostering high-level collaborative working relationships. They will be responsible for developing and implementing an operational plan which provides a quality client-focused service in information systems and operations, to staff and senior management.
Salary Scale: 95 Snr Administrative III) €90,378 - €127,636 per annum
Appointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines.
