Position: Accounts/ Administration Assistant (Part-time 3/4 Days)
A well-established company based in Waterford is seeking a highly skilled Accounts/ Administration Assistant to work on a part-time basis, approximately 3-4 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate financial records and documentation to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
* Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely manner to meet deadlines.
* Support our monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes by providing data and analysis as required.
* Prepare and maintain comprehensive financial spreadsheets and provide administrative support to the team as needed.
* Accurately process payroll and ensure it is completed on time.
* Manage project documentation, formatting, and distribution for each project, collaborating with project management as necessary.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements at all times.
* Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders through effective communication.
Requirements:
1. We are seeking an individual with prior experience in an administrative or accounting role.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential.
* Familiarity with accounting software and database management would be beneficial.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this position.
* The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines is vital.
