Desktop Support Team Lead
Due to continued expansion of eir evo, we are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to become an integral part of our Managed Services Team.
This role requires working on-site at a client's location on a full-time basis, providing desktop support for customers and hardware, as well as interacting with and managing third-party vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Desktop Support for customer provision accounts and hardware
* Supporting Windows Desktops, Printers, Outlook, Networks, MS Office, O365, Autopilot
* Azure Virtual Desktop, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, Maintain and build documentation, Hardware troubleshooting, Imaging and Deployment, Intune
* Manage File Permissions and Access Rights, Security/Distribution Group creation and management, SharePoint Administration
* Configuration and Support of Mobile Devices, Team Planning management (annual leave, Rota, Weekend coverage for remote support, special events/support needs)
Requirements:
* 3-4+ years of experience working in a deskside support environment
* Windows Servers, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, MS Office - Level 2 support
* Office 365 and Virtualization experience advantageous
* Customer Services, Call Handling
* MCP for Client or Server OS, Comptia A+
Preferred Qualifications:
* Microsoft Specialist certification in Windows 10
