Option of full time 4 or 5 day week depending on candidates situation.
Glennons is a vibrant cafe and lounge based in Allenwood village Position Overview:We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie / Sous Chef to join our team.
The Chef will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes in line with our pubs concept and standards.
This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties include but are not limited to: Assist in all sections of the kitchen/ cafe and to ensure smooth running of same To provide assistance in maintaining high standards of food preparation, presentation and hygiene.
Adhering to the rules of Health and Safety Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins To ensure all areas are clean and tidy at all times Monitor stock control Detailed knowledge of HACCP To assist in other areas when required.
