Hours: 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a high-performing team by recruiting, hiring, coaching, and retaining engaged employees through ongoing coaching and setting a positive example.
* Ensure that team members consistently demonstrate sales-focused and customer-centric behaviours when interacting with customers.
* Maintain a welcoming environment for customers through effective facility maintenance and vendor management.
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries and address their concerns efficiently.
* Identify and celebrate operational successes while developing plans to address opportunities.
* Manage profit and loss (P&L) including payroll, repair and maintenance, and expense budgets.
* Conduct regular property audits to ensure properties are safe and meet company operational standards.
* Manage delinquent tenant processes, including coaching teams to reduce delinquency rates and improve customer retention.
* Communicate effectively with employees, colleagues, and customers.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Demonstrated leadership competency in building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
* Record of top-tier performance compared to peers and industry standards.
* Passion for sales and customer service excellence.
* Ability to monitor and control payroll and expenses.
* Exceptional communication, organisation, and time management skills.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Preferably holds a 3rd Level Education but not required.
