Employee Experience | Customer Experience | Digital Transformation We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Public Sector team which supports our fantastic clients across the Public & Semi State sector. This is a growing team within Cpl and possess an excellent opportunity for career progression for the successful candidate. This opportunity will be a hybrid between supporting our semi state organisations who require candidates to be sourced and recruited, which also supporting our Public Sector clients who require us to abide by CSPA guidelines while managing their recruitment campaigns and competitions.
In this role we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who has experience of managing candidates throughout the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer stages. We are looking for a team member who is client first and customer focused, you will be required to travel to client's sites, mainly Dublin based locations, to support our clients with their recruitment needs.
In this role you will need to have excellent attention to detail, be proactive and happy to lead interactions with our clients both in person and virtually. Excellent communication skills are required.
This role is focused on ensuring that we deliver on our client needs, managing their recruitment process and supporting them in every way that we can to find the talent that they need in the time they need it.
Key ResponsibilitiesWorking collaboratively with our public sector team, delivery team and client's teams to define hiring needs and timelines.Building out strategic sourcing project plans to meet requirements.Have a deep understanding of our client's employee value proposition and develop a go to market narrative to attract talent.Proactively engage talent and continually build talent pools to meet our clients' needs.Screen and assess candidates to ensure they are meeting the clients technical & personal competencies as well as being a culture fit.Manage the candidate through the interview and offer process.Provide a superior candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the full recruitment journey.Managing our clients recruitment lifecycle from end to end.Schedule interviews and prepare the required documentation.Sitting on interview panels or note taking when required.Attend regular client meetings and support with client reporting.Engaging with candidates in a timely manner, answering any questions that they may have.Requirements for this role1+ years' experience in recruitment/ talent delivery role.Passionate about the talent industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrates the flexibility and adaptability to be successful in a changing environment.Excellent communication skills and an ability to engage and connect with people.Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment.Why Join us?Check out our Cpl Perks Pack which will give you a sense of what Cpl has to offer: Cpl Perks Pack Company Background:Our vision is to be the world's best at transforming our clients through sustainable total talent solutions.
