Who are we looking for?
Carne Group is currently hiring a manager to join the Portfolio Management team based in Carne’s Dublin office. This is an excellent opportunity for a portfolio management professional to join Carne’s growing business.
What is your role and your responsibilities?
* Execution of portfolio management duties with regard to alternative investments, especially, but not limited to, Private Equity, Private Debt, Real Estate and Infrastructure
* Managing and coordinating operations linked to private assets products and mandates
* Coordinating with external service providers (administrators, custodians, legal, tax)
* Optimising and automating processes
* Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to investment portfolios for continuous improvement
* Support the AIFM’s Investment Committee
* Working with external advisors, reviewing investment proposals, considering various strategies and restrictions. Ensure compliance with the investment strategies
* Supporting the onboarding process of new clients by reviewing related Fund documentation and advising on tailor-made solutions
* Preparation of reports to the Board of Directors of the AIFs
* Maintenance and upgrade of the investment- and ongoing monitoring processes by working independently on projects related to new requirements
* Close collaboration with other teams within the Management Company
* Ability to implement new regulations into the investment process
