About the Role
The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, including document control, coordination of utility providers, and creation of marketing materials. This role also entails coordinating sales teams, tracking schedules and health and safety data, managing website and social media reviews, and producing pre-qualification documentation.
Requirements for Success
To excel in this position, you will need 5–7 years of experience in office administration, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Package and PowerPoint. You should be self-motivated and comfortable working in a team environment while interacting with external parties.
