Job Title:
We are seeking an Architectural Technologist to join our team to work on a wide variety of educational, cultural, retail, commercial, leisure, and residential projects.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be a motivated, well-organized, and enthusiastic person with good communication skills, who enjoys working in a team environment and will have the following level of experience and qualifications:
* Architectural Technologist Degree with up to 5 years post-graduate experience.
* Good design, technical, and detailing skills.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
* Proficiency in Revit with BIM project experience is preferable but not essential.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience in preparing Planning Applications and the statutory approvals process.
* Experience in preparing Construction Documentation and project delivery stages.
