Senior Manager/Director - Risk Consulting (Program Risk & Recovery)
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team in Risk Consulting, specializing in Program Risk & Recovery. We are seeking an experienced professional to help large-scale transformation programmes navigate risk and ensure success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide project and programme assessments for transformation projects, identifying potential risks and opportunities for growth.
- Build and nurture client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering tailored risk management solutions that meet their unique requirements.
- Lead and support presentations and proposals for complex projects, ensuring clear communication and effective stakeholder engagement.
- Deliver high-quality work and ensure the consistent success of client engagements, meeting or exceeding expectations every time.
- Contribute to thought leadership and innovative commercial insights, driving business growth and expansion through strategic analysis and recommendations.
- Drive quality and risk management initiatives across engagements, implementing best practices and continuous improvement strategies to enhance overall performance.
Internal Responsibilities:
- Assist in account management activities such as recruitment and financial oversight, ensuring seamless execution and maximum return on investment.
- Help generate new business opportunities through internal and external relationships, fostering a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship within the team.
- Support the development of high-performing teams through coaching and mentoring, empowering individuals to reach their full potential and achieve exceptional results.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and contribute to team and people development initiatives, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the well-being and growth of all employees.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 15-20+ years' experience in project risk or programme delivery, with a proven track record of success in large-scale transformation projects.
- Expertise in managing complex stakeholder programmes and understanding project governance, with a deep understanding of risk management principles and practices.
- Professional qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) are highly valued, but not essential.
