We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to manage and process payroll efficiently and accurately at our Dublin office. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and company requirements.
* Maintain up-to-date payroll records, including exemptions, insurance, deductions, and job titles.
* Calculate and process deductions such as taxes, benefits, and garnishments.
* Generate and distribute payroll reports to relevant departments.
* Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and related concerns.
* Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure timely and precise payroll processing.
* Stay current with payroll laws and regulations.
* Assist in year-end payroll processing and distribution of tax forms.
* Handle payroll through Payday software.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of payroll processes, laws, and best practices.
* Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., Payday) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
