Within this role you will be responsible for the configuration, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing support of various IT applications and systems.
As an IT Applications Analyst, a typical day might include the following:
1. Coordinating across business departments and stakeholders, gathering, and implementing requirements and enhancement requests for various applications
2. Providing SME support and working closely with cross-functional departments on projects to enhance system functionality and solve emergent issues
3. Coordinating with other IT Application team members to administer and support production systems in an efficient and compliant manner
4. Handling IT Applications documentation tasks, including converting User Requirement Specifications to a Detail Design Specification, creating Configuration Test Plans, and compiling Summary Reports
5. Configuring reports (tabular, trend, and labels)
6. Processing IT Applications change control requests
7. Working with Validation and Quality departments to ensure IT Applications are implemented following the software development life cycle
8. Collaborating with IT developers, IT analysts, and business users to understand requirements and assist in the design of solutions to meet those requirements
9. Providing end-user support for IT Applications including troubleshooting problems at the application, server, and infrastructure level
10. Participating or may lead IT Applications systems security access and periodic audit trail reviews
11. Performing recurring system administrative tasks and assisting with the maintenance of existing AWS infrastructure
12. Writing and executing queries against large-scale enterprise-level databases.
13. Undertaking other duties as assigned

To be considered for this opportunity you should have a BS/BA in Information Technology or minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
