Job Description
Our client, a well-established civil engineering contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the upgrade of wastewater plants across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with current legislation and maintain the company's legal register.
* Review and implement health, safety, quality, and environmental (HSQE) management procedures.
* Develop and implement construction health and safety plans, site environmental management plans, and quality management plans on the BIM platform.
* Coordinate site inductions, update records, and review risk assessments and method statements.
* Provide monthly HSQE reports, arrange meetings, and support accident investigations.
* Maintain relationships with internal departments and external bodies, including the Health and Safety Authority.
* Procure site services and equipment and prepare site handover documentation.
Requirements:
* Civils and/or wastewater treatment experience preferred.
* At least 3 years of on-site experience, including design and build projects.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client-facing skills.
* Desirable: experience with MS Project, P6, and BIM 360.
Education and Certification:
* Third-level qualification in Engineering or Safety Management.
* Site Safety Management accreditations required.
Additional Requirements:
* Full clean driving license.
