We are recruiting on behalf of a leading medical device organization seeking a Customer Service Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic customer service team in North Dublin, supporting clients and sales teams with queries, orders, and product information.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:
* Handle customer queries and complaints, ensuring timely resolutions.
* Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
* Manage customer interactions, including maintaining detailed records and administration of quotes.
* Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve issues and coordinate deliveries.
* Support Credit Control with pricing discrepancies and debt collection when required.
* Monitor and manage consignment stock levels and replenishments.
This role will be 5 days a week in the office for 3 months, and will then be a hybrid role with 3 days WFH on offer.
What are we looking for?
* Fluent in English (spoken and written).
* Strong customer focus with excellent problem-solving abilities.
* Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
* Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
* Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
* 2+ years' experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Knowledge of SAP or experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage but not essential.
