About the Role:
As a Business Planning Manager, you will lead the end-to-end business cycle for the International Marketing team, overseeing smooth execution of annual business planning, brand strategy, and commercial reviews. You will act as a process leader, optimising operations and enhancing distributor engagement across markets.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Lead business planning, overseeing key commercial processes including market cycle reviews and brand planning.
2. Drive distributor engagement by developing an annual communications and events calendar to foster strong partnerships.
3. Optimise execution by managing POS materials, retail activations, and on-premise strategies.
4. Enhance processes and systems to continuously improve frameworks and ensure alignment with best practices.
5. Coach and collaborate with cross-market teams, ensuring process adoption and operational excellence.
Requirements:
1. 5+ years of experience in FMCG business planning, trade marketing, or consultancy.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or another related field.
3. Strong project management skills, balancing multiple priorities.
4. A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a knack for improving processes and driving outcomes.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities across international teams.
6. A passion for consumer behaviour, brand strategy, and executional excellence.
