Overview We have a requirement for a Turnover Manager for a large scale Pharmaceutical Construction Project in Who we are PM Group is an employee owned, international project delivery firm with a team of 3,600+ people. Responsibilities Plan and Manage the turnover process, including walk downs, punch list management, test pack tracking, Turnover Dossier preparation and compilation Generate the Turnover Plan and Turnover Dossier and Handover dossier for the project Issues weekly reports on the status of walk downs, punch lists, Mechanical Completions, etc. Analyse the performance with the Construction Manager in terms of punchlist closure rates, quality of completions and documentation Setup and lead weekly turnover meetings and daily turnover meetings Liaise with Client, End User and Commissioning teams to communicate and coordinate the turnovers Ensure documentation is correct, complied correctly and filed as per the project requirements Develop and manage the Handover requirements (O&M, Certificates etc). Act as Turnover Engineer when required Qualifications Degree educated or very strong trades' background At least ten years experience in the Construction Sector Experience in the Life Sciences and/or Mission Critical sectors Excellent reporting and communication skills Previous experience in Turnover and/or Quality roles essential.
