Join our team in Abbey Street, Dublin as a Customer Engagement Advisor.
This is a customer-facing, office-based position.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Answering face-to-face queries from customers in the Vhi Dublin Branch, Abbey StreetAnswering various remote queries (e.g.
calls, emails, chats) from new and existing customersMaintaining a high level of engagement with customersEnsuring all customer service standards are deliveredMeeting individual productivity targets and ensuring all service levels are metDeveloping effective relationships with internal colleagues, stakeholders or various visitors as relevantDelivering high quality advice in line with the objectives set out in the Quality Monitoring Definitions which include targets for quality and engagement within the teamThe Successful Candidate Must Have: 12-months experience in a customer-services roleCustomer focused and committed to the delivery of first-class customer serviceExcellent computer skills & proven administration skills with the ability to navigate multiple systemsResults focused with a proven ability to work in a target-driven environmentExcellent communication & influencing skills and highly proficient in written & spoken EnglishAbility to demonstrate initiative, self-motivation & resilienceA high degree of flexibility, adaptability with strong team spiritDemonstrate Alignment with the Vhi ValuesMust be an Accredited Product Advisor (APA/CIP or Dip PMI) or willing to undertake sameBenefits: Annual BonusPensionHealth Insurance immediate upon joining21 Days Annual LeaveOngoing training & developmentOnsite CanteenSports & Social ClubThis is a CF3, CF4 & CF5 role in line with Central Bank Requirements.
