The role:
Receptionist position in an ever growing company in Cork City. This role is fundamental to the day to day running of the business and as such, liaises with all departments. Being the first point of contact, the role-holder must be professional and have the ability to multi-task. This role is varied and high paced with main duties including;
8. directing incoming and outgoing telephone calls, electronic messages and other web-based communications
9. Welcome all customers and facilitate a seamless check-in process
10. Manage the flow of the lobby and customer queue to ensure all customers are helped in a timely manner
