Join us as a Retail Store Manager
* You will own overall performance and running of the store.

* Be responsible for KPIs in areas such as sales, stock, audit, and security.
* Responsible for all RLP policies and processes for store audits.

You will make customers feel phenomenal by:
* Taking ownership of customer issues, using your problem-solving skills.
* Promote customer self-service with a ‘show’ rather than ‘do’ attitude.
* Engage with customers to tell a story about our product range.
You will be responsible for driving sales:
* Motivating your team to exceed targets.
* Maintaining an expert-level knowledge of all products.
* Engage with our customers to match them to the appropriate products.
* Keep a motivated and positive attitude when closing sales.
You will go beyond the expected:
* Support your team and manager.
* Participate in projects that support our people and customer experience.
* Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activity.
* Continuously look for improvements in processes or services.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:
* Strong experience in retail and managing store teams.
* Proven success in achieving targets.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Experience managing a team in a customer-facing position.
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
* Passionate about giving our Guests an outstanding experience.
* Managed inventory and demonstrated sound financial management.
* Comfortable leading in a fast-paced environment.
* Coaching and mentoring teams comes naturally to you.
