A leading provider of information technology, consulting, and business process outsourcing services requires a Content Moderator to contribute to its mission of helping the world's leading companies build stronger businesses.
Responsibilities
* Ensure correct information is displayed by making decisions on corrective measures, including verifying contact details with B2B customers through phone calls and online research.
* Make outbound phone contact with clients in a professional and efficient manner.
* Process requests/transactions and make sound decisions related to customer requirements.
Requirements
* Fluency in Dutch or Flemish language.
* Strong attention to detail to ensure quality of work.
* Enthusiastic, positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.

* Salary: €28,810 + €30,000.
