Key Responsibilities:
1. Answering calls, filing and maintaining records
2. Complete payroll weekly for Advant
3. Resolving issues employees have with timesheets, payslips and other payroll matters
4. Assist and coordinate the recruitment and onboarding cycle
5. Maintaining Absenteeism and Annual Leave Management daily
6. Updating training system for employees training files daily
7. Assisting with maintenance of the time management system
