A Change Management Consultant Role
This is a fully remote opportunity for an initial 12-month contract with our multinational medical device client in Galway.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with the Organizational Development (OD) Lead to design and refine a comprehensive change management methodology tailored to the organization's needs.
* Develop and integrate change management tools and frameworks that support various organizational initiatives.
* Ensure effective deployment of change management tools across departments.
* Provide guidance on best practices for tool usage and continuous improvement.
* Develop and deliver a 'train-the-trainer' program to build internal capacity for change management.
* Support trainers in mastering the change management methodology and tools, enabling them to coach and guide their teams.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
* Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is highly desirable.
* Proven experience in developing and implementing change management methodologies and tools.
* Strong background in Organizational Development and Change Management practices.
* Exceptional facilitation and training skills, with experience in 'train-the-trainer' programs.
* Demonstrated ability to build and nurture a Community of Practice.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
