Barista Job Description
We are seeking a positive and energetic individual to join our team in Junction 14.
The barista's main priority is to ensure customers receive excellent service while in store. To achieve this, the ideal candidate must possess a customer-focused mindset, have experience working in a café or as a barista, and demonstrate strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
* Delight our customers by providing exceptional service and ensuring they leave with a smile on their face.
* Prepare coffee for customers to their liking, taking into account any specific requests or preferences.
* Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the store, adhering to HACCP guidelines.
* Be involved in the operation of tills and assist with stock management.
Requirements:
* Experience working in a café or as a barista.
* Customer Focus awareness that the customer comes first.
* Passion for delivering excellent levels of service.
* Able to address and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
* Knowledge of HACCP hygiene systems.
* Personal Drive - you know what is required to succeed and go about doing it.
* Great attention to detail.
* Integrity - honesty is the best policy when it comes to teamwork, and respect for everyone who you come into contact with, colleagues and customers alike.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience.
