Your key objective will be to design and lead our change program for the successful implementation of our new ERP software, ensuring seamless integration, minimal disruption, and maximum adoption across the organization. Additionally, you will play a critical role in establishing change management processes and procedures to support our other strategic Business Transformation programs. This is a hybrid role, based at either our Cork or Dublin office.ResponsibilitiesLead the Change Management strategy and business resources for the ERP Programme, with overall responsibility for Business Engagement, Business Readiness, and Business Adoption.Execute the Change Management Plan.Develop and implement change management best practices to enhance the effectiveness of change initiatives and ensure maximum adoption.Manage key stakeholder relationships across the programme, functions, leadership, and the wider organisation.Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment with the overall Business Transformation strategy.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and apply change management best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.To succeed in this role, we believe you will bring many of the following strengthsProven experience in leading change management initiatives, specifically in the context of ERP implementations.Extensive change management capabilities and outstanding stakeholder engagement and expectation management skills.Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Collaborative problem-solving and action-oriented.
