We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Support Engineer to join our AWS Support team. You will work closely with leading companies building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.
The ideal candidate will have fluency in Mandarin, a bachelor's degree or experience in a technical customer service role, and monitoring and/or troubleshooting skills in OS Administration (Linux/Windows), Network Essentials (TCP/IP), and Internet Fundamentals.
Additionally, you should have experience with networking and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching, firewalls, LAN/WAN, traceroute, iperf, dig, cURL or related) and a strong understanding of cloud computing (AWS, Azure, OpenStack), system administration, network troubleshooting tools, and cloud services/cloud deployments.
