About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our team.
This is a full-time, permanent position that offers comprehensive training.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service support.
* Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
* Liaise with drivers to ensure seamless delivery operations.
* Manage credit control and ensure timely payments.
* Handle lodgments and maintain accurate records.
* Oversee stock levels to ensure optimal management.
* Occasionally drive to other depots as needed.
Requirements:
* Customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
* Experience in sales administration preferred but not essential.
* Proficiency with computers and basic office software.
* Availability to work Saturdays on a rotational basis.
