**Executive Assistant Role at a Leading Irish PR Firm**
About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director in our Dublin headquarters. This exciting role offers the chance to collaborate with global industry leaders, delivering high-level support in a fast-paced, advisory-focused environment.
Our firm specialises in law, public policy and communications while driving business forward through regulatory compliance, legislative advocacy, and strategic engagement. Ideal for a proactive individual with experience in professional services or corporate settings.
The role is offered on a 4-day week, Monday to Thursday.
Responsibilities:
* Proactively managing the diary and schedule of the MD, ensuring prioritisation of critical tasks and meetings.
* Liaising with external clients and contacts to coordinate meetings and maintain professional communications.
* Coordinating travel and accommodation for the MD, Directors, and team members.
* Ensuring the MD is fully briefed for all client engagements and preparing high-standard presentations.
* Managing correspondence and handling calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the MD.
* Supporting the MD with project management, including key client projects and event organisation.
* Monitoring and managing routine expenditures and supporting invoicing and debtor management tasks.
* Providing administrative support to other Directors and Consultants as required.
Requirements:
* A professional services or corporate background with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of liaising confidently with senior stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining professionalism at all times.
* Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
