Job Summary:
This position plays a crucial role in the shared services support team, joining a dedicated group responsible for infrastructure and cloud services across the entire organization. The primary focus is on maintaining and troubleshooting both on-premises and cloud environments, predominantly Azure.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver advanced L3 support for infrastructure and cloud environments, with a strong emphasis on Azure and Azure AD.
* Troubleshoot and resolve intricate issues related to networking, Active Directory, and cloud applications.
* Collaborate seamlessly with internal IT teams and external Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to ensure uninterrupted operation of data centers and shared services.
* Provide assistance with the transition and ongoing support of cloud-based solutions.
* Serve as a vital support and escalation point for project resources and other team members.
* Maintain accurate documentation related to infrastructure and cloud services.
Requirements
* Demonstrated experience in an analogous L3 support role, showcasing expertise in traditional infrastructure (networking and Active Directory).
* In-depth knowledge of Azure, Azure AD, and Azure applications.
* Proven experience working with Managed Service Providers.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
* Superior communication and teamwork abilities.
* Aptitude for adaptability and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment.
* Will to work on-site at Kingscourt initially, with a potential reduction in days later.
