Our Public Sector client in Newry requires highly skilled Admin Assistants to work on a temporary basis for 3 months.
Main Responsibilities
Key duties include:
* Maintaining accurate records of Home Care Assistants' availability and matching it with work requirements.
* Administering work rotas, including allocation of duties covering annual leave, sick leave, mandatory training, and other changes using IT software systems.
* Contacting staff to arrange alternative cover when a Care Assistant is unable to report for duty.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 4 GCSEs at grade C or above, including Maths and English.
* 1 year of administration experience.
