Main Purpose:
The primary objective of this position is to deliver exceptional service to both existing and new customers.
This includes working with home and car insurance policies, providing opportunities for growth and skill development.
We offer support for achieving insurance qualifications, enabling employees to enhance their knowledge and expertise.
A minimum of one year's experience in personal lines insurance is required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Secure the retention of our existing clients through renewal
* Provide quotations to new customers
* Operate the Relay system efficiently
* Be APA qualified or have made significant progress towards this qualification
The Package:
Excellent salary of €34,000 per annum
22 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Employer contribution to pension scheme
9-5 working day with a 1-hour lunch break, Monday to Friday only
