We're looking for a proactive and motivated Revenue Administrator to join our Revenue team on a 30-hour per week basis.

Responsibilities:
Compilation of Competitive sets for specific period from nominated competitor hotels and loading same onto the yield sheet.
Liaising with the Revenue department on same and working within the schedule outlined.
Preparation of hotel yield sheets for the Revenue department i.e.
loading availability from hotel PMS's systems onto the yield sheet within the schedule outlined.
Compilation of the Monthly Agent Reports within the schedule outlined.
Preparation of various Revenue reports for Senior Revenue Team.
Assisting the Revenue team in preparation/collation of business review reports, pace reports, availability checks, inventory checks, data loading for benchmark reports, input of hotel room budgets into database, competitive reviews and year to date reports Adhoc additional administration duties as outlined by the management team
Requirements:
Strong Communication Skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation Keen eye for detail Must be team player and highly self-driven Possess the highest degree of confidentiality and integrity in all aspect of the role Responsive and flexible approach to work, with a can-do attitude to requests and tasks The ability to work under tight deadlines and high pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner High level of IT proficiency and working knowledge of the following packages: email, internet, MS Word, Excel.
