A leading pizza brand with a strong presence in the UK and Ireland is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join their team in Bray, Co. Wicklow.
About Your New Role:
* People Management: Supervise and mentor staff, foster a positive work environment and high team morale.
* Cash Handling Procedures: Ensure accurate and efficient management of store finances.
* Stock Management: Maintain optimal stock levels, minimize waste and optimize inventory control.
* Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth and loyalty.
* Branding and Advertising: Implement effective marketing strategies to promote the brand and drive sales.
* Reporting and Metrics: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, providing actionable insights for improvement.
* Logistics: Oversee store operations, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and activities.
What Skills Do You Need?
* Fluent written and spoken English.
* A relevant food qualification or degree is highly desirable.
* Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager in hospitality, food, or retail.
* Experience in supervising staff, operating procedures, and reporting.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
