Our client, a leading manufacturing business in Offaly, is seeking a skilled Accounts Technician or part-qualified Accountant to join their finance team.
About the Role:
This hands-on position offers variety and opportunity to grow, with a focus on assisting with monthly account preparation, managing accounts payable and receivable, processing weekly payroll, and supporting budgeting and audits.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with the preparation of monthly accounts.
* Manage accounts payable and receivable.
* Process weekly payroll using SAGE.
* Reconcile bank statements and generate financial reports using an ERP system.
* Support the finance team with budgeting and audits.
About You:
We are looking for a qualified Accounts Technician or part-qualified Accountant with previous experience in a busy finance role, ideally in manufacturing or a similar industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent numerical skills, and proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Excel.
