Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Operations Analyst to join our team. This individual will be responsible for assisting our client's community, resolving inquiries, and enforcing clients' Terms of Use.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in resolving user inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and speed
* Become knowledgeable about clients' products and community standards
* Maintain a strong bias towards doing what is right and display empathy in all interactions
* Investigate and resolve issues reported on the client's platform
* Use market-specific knowledge to spot scalable solutions to improve support for the community
* Analyze data to develop ways to enhance the overall user experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Work in a fast-paced environment with high adaptability and resilience
* Maintain effective time management and prioritization skills
* Collaborate as part of a team and consistently meet KPIs
* Solve problems and make decisions effectively
Requirements:
* Proficient in Hebrew and English
* Cultural understanding of the market
* Experience working in an office environment (preferable)
* Reliable, consistent, and hard-working with a passion for ensuring a positive user experience
* Flexible and able to learn new information quickly
