Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper
Job Summary:
We are seeking a part-time Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper to join our busy accountancy practice in Portlaoise. The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll processing, VAT and RCT returns, bank reconciliations, and administration duties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Payroll processing using computerised payroll packages such as Collsoft or Thesaurus
* VAT and RCT returns preparation and submission
* Bank reconciliations and financial statement preparation
* Administration duties including client interaction
Requirements:
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office with proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Experience with Sage Accounts Production software
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
