Arrange and lead supplier calls; manage follow-ups and purchase order tracking Resolve order delays, delivery issues, and other procurement concerns Provide timely responses to manufacturing site requests (within 24 hours) Maintain accurate sourcing records and update relevant databases Create presentations and updates for internal stakeholders What You Bring: Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, and SharePoint Strong written and verbal communication Confident managing databases and supplier relationships Experience: 3+ years in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain (preferably in a regulated or pharma environment) Demonstrated experience coordinating vendor communications Familiarity with multinational teams and international time zones Qualifications: Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Pharmaceuticals, or a related field Previous experience in a GMP or pharmaceutical setting is advantageous Lean Six Sigma or project management experience is a bonus About the Team: Youll join a dedicated and collaborative purchasing team supporting global operations from Dublin. Reporting to the Director of EPI Sourcing, youll play a critical role in maintaining continuity during this FTC, liaising closely with teams in the US and suppliers worldwide. Youll need to be proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-border setting.
