Role purpose We are seeking a motivated and experienced Change Lead to play a critical role in leading the Business Readiness Activities associated with Flutter's Finance transformation project (Polaris).
Accountabilities & Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy encompassing stakeholder engagement, communication, training and adoption interventions.
Develop and manage all People Business Readiness activities as part of the wider Business Readiness plan and managing dependencies between the pillars and other Business readiness workstreams.
Conduct thorough impact assessments to identify potential changes.
Work closely with the Communications Lead and HR team to plan, write and cascade communications to their relevant Function and Divisions to keep stakeholders informed.
Proactively identify and address potential resistance to change, developing mitigation strategies and fostering a positive change environment.
Work with the Functional and Divisional change leads to develop and implement change readiness assessments to gauge stakeholder preparedness and identify areas requiring additional support.
Provide input into the Polaris personas and the change journeys.
Lead a team to deliver the workstream outcomes.
Track and report on change management activities, identifying and managing risks, issues and dependencies.
Provide post implementation support.
Skills & capabilities Proven experience in leading and managing change initiatives within complex, global organisations, preferably within a finance or technology context.
Basic understanding of workforce transformation processes.
Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) and their practical application.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a matrix organisation and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Extensive experience in internal communications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong project management skills, effectively driving packages of work forward to successful completion.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
Proficient in MS Office products, particularly PowerPoint.
Ensures accuracy and high-quality work through meticulous attention to detail.
Thrives in dynamic environments, managing shifting priorities to consistently deliver exceptional results.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to design and facilitate workshops to get the desired outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience Experience in change management and communication roles, preferably within a large, multinational organisation.
Experience of working in workforce transformation projects or people change projects would be preferable.
Relevant professional certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plus.
Measure of Success Successful adoption of the ways of working.
High levels of stakeholder engagement and satisfaction with the change management process.
Minimal disruption to business operations during and after go live.
Positive impact on overall finance transformation goals and objectives.
