Your Responsibilities:
* Carrying out duties of Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) coordinator on projects of varying sizes and complexities.
* Carrying out design health and safety reviews with our design teams on projects.
* Providing advice to clients and designers in relation to construction, operational, and occupational health and safety.
* Assisting Company Safety Officers in implementing occupational safety management systems (OHSAS 18001 accredited).
* Conducting design and construction safety reviews/inspections on construction sites and operational facilities.
We Seek:
* Working towards or having attained a third-level qualification in health and safety.
* Third-level qualification in another technical area within the construction industry, e.g. Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or similar.
* Knowledge of design and construction-related health and safety legislation.
* Understanding of the PSDP role.
* Knowledge of Safety Management Systems.
* Excellent communications, interpersonal, and writing skills.
* Pro-active approach to gathering and processing information with good follow-through to completion.
* Construction site experience is advantageous.
