About the Role:
Our Client is currently seeking a dynamic professional for a pivotal role in HR operational management and strategy, offering ample opportunities for career development.
As a key player in the organization, the selected candidate will lead a team and report directly to the Chief People Officer within a supportive and inclusive environment.
What does your day to day look like:
* Manage, develop, and inspire a team of HR professionals, ensuring efficient and professional service delivery across all HR processes and employee life cycle matters.
* Define clear responsibilities and objectives within the HR Operations Team, securing necessary resources and budgets for effective implementation.
* Align strategically with the People Strategy and HRLT priorities to establish policies, procedures, and service delivery systems that meet organizational needs.
* Cultivate robust relationships with key stakeholders to ensure service continuity and foster collaboration with other business service functions.
* Establish and maintain systems supporting key people lifecycle processes, including Resource Planning, Performance Management, Reward & Compensation Planning, and Employee Relations.
* Lead the team in meeting SLAs and adhering to case management best practices for exceptional experiences.
* Identify HR system capability needs, ensuring fitness for purpose to support the HR team and the business.
* Oversee data for reporting in compensation surveys, analyzing results to determine their impact.
Collaboration across HR Team:
* Support key strategic change projects and programs involving multiple stakeholders with significant strategic and budgetary impact.
Payroll:
* Oversee the internal Payroll Executive, liaising with the outsourcing partner, and reviewing and signing off on monthly payrolls and related control reports.
What we need from you:
* A degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field, and possess CIPD membership/qualification.
* 5-6 years of experience in a relevant Operations/HRBP/Manager role within a professional services environment, with a proven track record of success in providing comprehensive HR support to business units and key stakeholders.
* Experience leading an HR professional service operations team, demonstrating leadership in organization-wide projects/initiatives.
