About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Office Manager to join our team in North Dublin. As the ideal candidate, you will have a strong track record of providing administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring seamless day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Email and Post Management: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, scheduling appointments, and managing diaries and organising meetings.
* Office Supplies and Equipment: Manage and order office supplies and equipment to maintain a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
* Record Keeping and Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date office records and databases, processing invoices and preparing budgets as needed.
* Office Maintenance and Space Management: Oversee office maintenance and repairs, manage the office space and layout, and coordinate office events and activities.
* Policies and Procedures: Implement and maintain office policies and procedures, assisting with recruitment and onboarding new employees as required.
* Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to senior management, utilising your excellent time management and communication skills.
Requirements
* Experience: Minimum 3-4 years experience in an Office Manager role.
* Availability: Available for an immediate start or with a 1-week notice period.
* Skillset: Confident decision maker, excellent time management and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and proficient in MS Office.
