Crm & Email Marketing Specialist
Enhance customer relationships, optimise lifecycle marketing and drive awareness, engagement and sales through email and paid social media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain the Crm system while creating and executing a segmentation strategy.
* Plan, execute and optimise email marketing campaigns and automations in line with seasonal strategies and promotional periods.
* Ensure all campaigns are strategically scheduled and aligned with wider marketing initiatives.
* Develop and execute paid social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram and TikTok to drive traffic, sales and engagement.
* Develop high-quality marketing assets to support campaigns.
* Monitor and analyse all Crm and email activity, in addition to relevant Kpi's, to ensure best in class performance and improve effectiveness of the channel.
* Track and report on performance of all Crm, Email and Paid Social campaigns with recommendations for ongoing optimisations.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Ecommerce or a related field is preferred.
* Certifications in Crm or marketing automation platforms advantageous.
* Proven experience in Crm management and Email Marketing, ideally within the retail industry.
* Proficiency in email marketing platforms, experience with Klaviyo desirable.
* Strong understanding of segmentation, personalisation and automation workflows.
* Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and reporting using tools like Google Analytics or similar.
* Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail.
* Basic Html/css knowledge for email template customisation.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
