Business Analyst
We are seeking a Business Analyst to play a critical role in our technology transformation initiatives. This dynamic role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for successful project delivery.
o Conduct thorough needs assessments and requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
o Utilise various elicitation techniques, such as interviews, workshops, surveys, and document analysis.
o Create detailed and comprehensive business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, and process flows.
o Ensure requirements are clear, concise, testable, and traceable.
* Analyse and Validate Requirements:
o Analyse business processes and identify areas for improvement and automation.
o Validate requirements with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
o Conduct gap analysis between current and future state processes.
o Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
* Support Project Delivery:
o Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and testers throughout the project lifecycle.
o Participate in design reviews and testing phases.
o Provide ongoing support to the business during and after project implementation.
o Monitor project progress and identify any potential roadblocks.
* Data Analysis:
o Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
o Develop and maintain data dictionaries and data flow diagrams.
o Ensure data quality and integrity.
* Process Improvement:
o Identify and document opportunities for process improvement.
o Develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
o Train and support business users on new processes and systems.
* Stay Current:
o Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies.
o Continuously improve analytical and problem-solving skills.
